This criss-cross front floral dress is so easy to throw on! It’s a jersey fabric, so you don’t have to worry about wrinkles. I’ve already been wearing it with some of my favorite rockstud sandals, but also love how it transitions into fall with booties and a jacket. I couldn’t stop pairing this with just this soft denim jacket. I found that it goes so cute with this cropped olive military blazer, a tan duster, and I could see it with a black moto jacket (with tall black leather boots for winter), too!

Knit Dolman Cardigan + Dark Denim Jeggings

Casual Friday anyone? I always love a Friday when I don’t have to be in a school spirit tee. This outfit goes from work to happy hour with no switch-outs. These Tina Wedges caught my eye because wedges are always SO comfortable to wear all day. (They also come in a tan/cognac color.) I always love the fit of a relaxed dolman-style top, and this cardigan is no exception! The golden-bronze color is something I don’t have in my closet, so it was the perfect addition to turning my summer tops like this one into fall and winter tops. (It looks good over so many of my dresses, too.)

*If you don’t want to cuff your jeggings, choose “short” length. I am 5’5″ and got the “regular” length and cuffed mine.

Floral Tee: Versatile Looks with Black and Olive

Dressing up a tshirt (especially a floral one) might be any girl’s dress-up dream. It means you’re going to be comfortable all day while staying work-appropriate. I suggest adding sparkling earrings, some sort of jacket (think tan or black faux leather moto or classic denim), or throwing on pointy heels with your jeans or pants. I elevated this tee to a work look with different colored skinnies (because let’s be real, it is going to look awesome with distressed skinny jeans outside of the workplace, too!). Finishing off the outfit with booties or pointy flats, throwing on a jacket, and carrying a trendy bag brought this simple tshirt-driven outfit to life!
