Lace Detail Maxi

This Venus dress is dreamy and was perfect for a brunch date this past weekend.  I can’t get over the breezy fabric and the lace insert. The opaque mid-length lining inside the dress is the perfect length. Adding some of their deep blue tassel earrings made a beautiful pop of color against the white dress. I paired this maxi with some of my gold gladiator sandals, and I carried a straw bag to complete the summery look.

Tie-Front Skirt + Halter Top

One of our favorite things to do on the weekend is to go on a drive, make a pit-stop for a coffee [for me – Eric doesn’t drink coffee!], and look for a cool spot to explore. This outfit is perfect for a ride in a convertible, a stroll in the park or along the pier, and going in and out of tourist shops. The tie-front skirt gives the illusion of being a wrap, and hugs so perfectly. Because the fabric is light, I wore a spanx slip underneath and felt really comfortable. (It comes in black and red, too, and I am thinking I need to go back for the black one for sure!) The halter top is really light and easy to throw on for a completed vacation-ready look. (It isn’t lined, and needs a strapless bra, halter bra, or pasties underneath.)
