With the heat of summer upon us, we are welcoming weekends (and perhaps week days) of entertaining friends outdoors and enjoying pool parties. I wanted to share some of the things that really make days in the sun more fun!

Being in the pool is even more fun with toys to swim and float with!

2. Pool-friendly Drinkware

Find cups and glasses that can be around the pool without worrying about glass or breakables.

3. Colorful String Lights & Lawn Ornaments

When the sun starts sinking below the horizon, set your yard a glow with some fun, colorful lights!

4. Drink Dispenser

Don’t let anyone go without water too long! That summer sun can bring dehydration so quickly. Have a drink dispenser nearby for everyone to use throughout the day. Consider infusing the water with lemons or cucumbers for a refreshing taste!

A sunburn can happen even if we try our best to avoid it – reapplying sunscreen throughout the day, wearing a hat, or spending some time in the shade is important for your skin!

Have plenty of towels on hand. Providing a variety of patterns will help guests remember which one they are using.
