Calling all dog lovers! People who think of their dogs as actual family members know that dogs are happy, expressive, and loving creatures all packaged into one little best friend. My Shorkie pups are just that – our fur babies – our best friends – they are such a big part of our lives! Amy was the first puppy we added to our home in October of 2010. That tiny baby who fit perfectly in my hand became an instant companion. We loved her so much that within months Eric and I were already wanting another one so Amy would have a “buddy.” Two years later, Max joined our family. Who knew dogs could have such big personalities! Amy is the princess, loves laying in the sun, licking anyone’s face, and tends to be the bossy one. Max is more timid, but is the cuddle bug, loves to play fetch, is obsessed with squeakers, and follows me and E around everywhere. No really… e v e r y w h e r e .
